The Alden Historical Society is searching for interested persons to join them in learning about, and preserving, Alden’s rich history. Membership is valuable for many reasons – here are just a few:

• Finding more information about your ancestors.
• Exploring the history of your new residence.
• Reminiscing about growing up in Alden.
• Knowing Alden’s business community and their support.

 

Memberships are inexpensive and are the perfect gift for parents, children and friends.

 

The Alden Historical Society prints for its members a quarterly newsletter, the Grannytown Gazette, featuring interesting articles and photos from the past, along with current activities of the Society.

 

Business members are encouraged to send their business card to be posted in the Grannytown Gazette and a select business profile is featured in each quarterly issue.
